TRAINING
Platinum Security Academy is world class security guard training and research center. The courses must be successfully completed by all those wishing to work as a Platinum Group Security guard. Simply completing the course does not guarantee the candidate employment. We only employ students that excel above average in our academy. Then they go through a rigorous On-the-job training (OJT). This OJT is one of the best training methods as it is conducted at the guard's worksite while being supervised. OJT will generally be the primary method used for broadening employee skills and increasing productivity. It is particularly appropriate for developing proficiency skills unique to an employee's job - especially jobs that are extremely difficult to learn. After our guard’s have excelled in our OJT then they are hand selected for an upcoming account to work unsupervised. Our guard’s then return back to our academy and are trained from a custom S.O.P. (Standard Operating Procedure) This will give our guard all the necessary resources about their new customers expectations. In the future, every customer’s S.O.P. will be updated on an as need basis with quarterly training for entire staff.
S.O.P. (STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE)
A standard operating procedure is designed as a set of instructions having the force of a directive, covering those features of operations that lend themselves to a definite or standardized procedure without loss of effectiveness. Standard Operating Policies and Procedures can be effective catalysts to drive performance improvement and achieving organizational results.
SECURITY ASSESSMENT
Our Security Assessment service is a comprehensive evaluation of your security posture. Understanding your current security state is an integral step to securing your property and assets. You benefit from having a clear understanding of all your security vulnerabilities. After identifying all your vulnerabilities we then design and implement a plan of action to improve your overall security.
SECURITY CONSULTING
