Armed security officers need to possess the right disposition and a vivid understanding of the skills necessary to carry the responsibility of a dangerous weapon. As a result, we are very particular with the individuals we hire and we offer extensive training for individuals who maintain their armed license. Training includes; extensive time at the range, active shooter training with a trained professional, general defense, and most importantly, de-escalation techniques.
